  1. Service-Based Nature

Due to the nature of our services—which are time-based, customized, and professional—all fees paid for completed or active services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for time already invested, consultations held, or reports delivered.

  1. Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for a monthly or annual service plan and wish to cancel future services:

Partial refunds may be granted for unused, full months of service upon written request and approval.

No refunds will be issued for the current or partially used month.

Custom service packages and discounted plans may not be eligible for partial refunds.

  1. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the quality or accuracy of our services:

Please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.

We will review the concern and, where appropriate, provide revisions or corrective action.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the issue is clearly a result of an error on our part.

  1. Subscription Cancellations

Recurring service plans may be canceled at any time with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive services until the end of the current paid period.

Kristinology LLC is not responsible for any third-party service charges (e.g., payroll platforms, tax filing software, bank fees). Refunds cannot be issued for external costs incurred.
